  • Returns are subject to inspection, and a refund will be issued once the item is deemed eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Returns for Customized Items:

  • Due to the personalized nature of customized items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
